At Environs Essentials, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Order Cancellations and Refunds (Pick-Up Orders)

  • If you choose pick-up as your delivery option and fail to pick up your order, a 30% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund upon request.

  • The cancellation fee covers handling, restocking, and administrative costs associated with unclaimed orders.

  • Refunds must be requested within 7 Days of the scheduled pick-up date.

  • Orders already picked up are not eligible for cancellation or refund unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)

  • Orders may be canceled before they are shipped for a 30% cancellation fee.

  • The cancellation fee covers handling, restocking, and administrative costs associated with unclaimed orders.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return process must be followed.

Returns and Refunds (After Shipping)

  • If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition to qualify for a refund.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund minus any applicable restocking fees (if any) within 5–7 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery/pickup.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We will offer an exchange, replacement, or full refund as appropriate.
